Jet Set Willy Online

There’s something very odd about pimping work I’ve been involved in on RR - 3 years on and I still can’t quite get the hang of it. However, because no-one else seems to be awake, I guess its up to me to let you know that there’s an update to Jet Set Willy Online available over at Way Of The Rodent as I type this.

This is an interim update before we shift over the network code in an attempt to stabilise things a tad more - but its still with a fair few hefty additions and changes. More specifically, there’s been a major change of the map itself in order to balance out the game modes a bit more and speed the games up a tad.

It also appears to have sprouted an unofficial forum of its own, which is the most bizarre thing thats happened to me today.

*We’re currently throwing out a few interim test builds before the next major update to be sent Rodents way - if you want to join in the betabetabeta fun - head off to the server thread on the forum, where you can also catch BobInce’s map of the game.*

    I liked the first one too.

    But I think it translates as “Thank god its not Ghostbusters, its JSWO and it rocks ;]”

    Maybe.
